The triple King of the Air winner Kevin Langeree launched the new brand REEDIN KITES in 2020 together with the well-known kite designer Damien Girardin. Their motto:

“At Reedin we want to fly faster, jump higher, and redefine all the possibilities of kiting”

With the Supermodel, the two have created a kite that suits every kiter. Whether freeriding, big air or wave, the kite delivers a unique performance and allows the rider to push the limits in every session. The goal of the new brand? To go where nobody has been before! A kite with which you can jump higher and further and push the limits of the sport further. Nevertheless, the kite should also be suitable for beginners. So a real allrounder.
Knowledge, enthusiasm and passion are the attributes that drive the young label. You can find this also in the products. The motivation: to develop products in the direction that Kevin and Damien themselves think best. Both kiters have more than 20 years of experience and therefore know their way around – only performance-oriented and bombastically good products can be created.
The triple King of the Air winner has been competing for over 15 years! In his professional career he has gained a lot of experience and has now parted with his long-time sponsor Naish to found his own brand together with Damien Girardin – Reedin Kites. Here he wants to turn his own vision into reality – to develop a kite that jumps even higher than all other kites before, and yet is also suitable for all other areas of kitesurfing, as well as for beginners.
The experienced kite designer Damien Girardin developed the kite with the help of the professional kiter Kevin Langeree. From many years of experience in design, on the water and in development, the two have combined their talents to create a kite that is set to revolutionize the market. The goal from the beginning was to design a kite that is not only the best in one area, but that performs in all conditions and is fun for every kiter.
